Mia’s work with the human body started out from reconditioning the skin and moving deeper to therapeutic body work. Her studies in human anatomy and physiology ignited the fascination towards the intelligence of the nervous system and the power of the human mind. Her professional training includes skin and massage therapy and a variety of different mental coaching methods. She is certified organization consultant and Mia has also taken psychology studies in the University of Helsinki.

Mia has worked in different countries, including the U.K. and the Middle East, living for 6 years in Canada. In Canada, she discovered a passion for martial arts and trained under Grand Master Buyng ock Yoon, who has previously served in the Korean CIA and CID. Mia was competing in tournaments and was involved in demonstrations of the arts. The mental disciplines of the Korean martial arts very much supported Mia’s view of our own ability to control our mind and mental processes.

Mia bases her work on scientific evidence and tirelessly follows the work of the experts in brain research and other leading experts within her field. She regularly attends seminars and workshops to continually excel in her own achievements. She lives in Finland, working together with a network of health and wellness professionals.
